2023 CT5 V
Purchased Pedal Monster from Banks and NOT really clear on install. Does anyone know how to remove gas pedal ? there is one 10 mm nut on side but pedal doesnt disconnect from housing any suggestions?

I'm trying to find the same answer.Bought roar peddle.A deal said the connection is under a panel below steering column.I can't find any screws for it.

Honestly have no idea what either one of you are talking about, but I am curious.

tuning world its called Throttle Response Controller simple terms is smash gas better response but the gas pedal has a sensor on it and because of hold mode also the pedal is affixed to chassis some how and cant get to sensor

I once had a throttle controller on my 16 Camaro SS. If the Camaro gas pedal is similar to the CT5, to remove the pedal, remove the 10mm bolt and slide the pedal upward toward the firewall. There is a tab in the pedal that slides into a slot in the floor.

Thank you the info it worked however pull down towards driver seat and it released

Will post video when I get it just ordered

It's been a while since I removed the pedal on my old SS so down may have been the direction of travel. Thanks for the clarification.

If you have the screw out, pull the pedal back toward seat. There's a lip that slides into a slot.It should slide right out.I've had these on my last 4 cars and there really work.

Thank you for the info and feedback! I will be installing one on my ‘22 5BW soon and I have heard great things. Banks knows their stuff and looking forward to it! Any feedback on how you like yours?

I never understood the point on these. I have an ECU tune on my Raptor, and COBB puts the DPC (digital pedal control) at 5/5. It was so twitchy and jumpy, it was hard to be smooth. I'd be damn near running into the car in front of me and nothing I could do about it as my 2% throttle registered like 70% throttle. It was madness.

I went and did a DPC 0 setting and there's no ramp, it's 1:1 and the driving experience is so much better. It goes where I put my foot. Very linear.

That's my most recent experience.
