Well, I like all the fancy bells and whistles, but it's too expensive for me . . . especially since my DDHC will outperform it in every category, except for fanciness . . . I would buy one if it could keep up with the DDHC and was priced more reasonably though . . . I am a former GM employee...

Well, because it's 2 years newer . . . and there are probably some refinements and upgrades that aren't or weren't available in the '21 models, like better security against theft . . .

Now that the 2023 Durango Hellcats are a thing, I might end up trading the one I have in on one of those . . . or, maybe just sell it and pay cash for most, if not the whole price of the new one . . .

According to what I read this morning, the Escalade-V will be able to do 0-60 in "under 4.4 seconds" . . . it's a 7000lb beast but is only able to tow 7000lbs . . . and, the MSRP starts at $130K . . . even though I'm a former GM Employee, and can get Employee Pricing, I'm sure there is no way...

So, not sure if you saw my thread or my post in the Blackwing Tracker thread, but I just bought a 57 Chevy Sedan Delivery, and am considering abandoning my order . . . my car has been built, so maybe you might be interested in it . . . it will be at Sewell . . .

I dunno . . . I've ordered several new cars over the last 15 years or so, and I just love taking delivery of new vehicles . . .

So, my order was set for a TPW of this week . . . Rob's update shows that it's been produced (status 3800) . . . now I am starting to question whether or not to move forward with the order and take delivery . . .
