You can either call your salesperson and ask for updates, or you can go to the Cadillac website, scroll to the bottom where you can click on the chat icon in the bottom right, ask for a live agent, give that person your order code and they will give you the updated order status.
Do you have a price yet from the dealership? I was talking to a dealership today assuming all of the above on pricing and content and then got a late message saying the price didn't include the Deep Ocean package pricing????
I just got off the phone with Tiffany, very nice lady. She said at this point they were collecting information on the Blackwing badge and would be doing a bulk order in October. She said the plan was to try to get them delivered by the end of the year.
