I ran the Nankang CR-S last summer, specifically for a time attack. Lasted maybe 2 track days and didn't drive them much on regular roads. In my opinion, these tires specifically should just be used on track. I stick with OEM Pilots for daily use.

I don't think so. I think it's SeaSucker or nothing, but I could be wrong.

I think the speaker in my driver's side A-pillar is rattling / vibrating as you've described it. Can't say I'm too thrilled about bringing it to the dealership, especially when you mentioned it wasn't fixed!

Congrats! Seems to be a fantastic track car right out of the box. One of the reasons I traded my Camaro for one. I'm planning to just swap brake fluid, get a track alignment and send it! At least initially....

I'm changing my guess.....I was initially thinking 2024 was going to be the last year, but now I'm leaning towards it continuing with a refreshed interior and no exterior changes other than color options. I just think GM would've made more of a fuss if it was discontinued so that more people...

Similar issue on my car as well with the dirt specks; particularly bad around the trunk area. It's bad enough that I'll have my detailer fix it regardless of the dealer reimbursing me or not. Definitely not letting them attempt to "fix" it.

Similar experience. I gave the dealer my '23 specs ~6 months ago when the salesperson called out of the blue to let me know they received the allocation and submitted it as a '24. I was a little upset they didn't confirm with me first before submitting the order in case I wanted to change...

I think it was Jethro that reviewed the 4BW for Evo magazine and commented on the lack of steering feel (?). Every other review seemed to prefer the steering of the BW to the M3, so makes me wonder if it didn't have the track alignment or something. And yes, very weird they didn't include the 4BW.

Sounds like we frequent the same tracks. I'm not expecting my 6MT BW to be quicker than my previous SS 1LE, but hopefully close enough. Like you mentioned, it's more about the enjoyment of the 6MT and daily drivability with this car vs. all-out lap times. Happy to hear you find the 4BW more...

Sounds like I might be one of the lucky ones (?). My dealer just contacted me to say my BW has been assigned a transport and is tagged to leave the plant.
