265/35/18 will fit on the front with 3mm spacers (assuming you have reasonable levels of camber). There may be some *slight* rubbing at full lock during parking lot maneuvers.
Catless is definitely just asking for additional raspiness. Personally, the best way to improve sound quality would be to source a set of Catted downpipes - but I know that'll be a pain to swap again.
