These were released yesterday & come as a set. There are 5 different designs. I'm going with this one & going to swap these lights out instead of the mirror lights since I plan on having the mirrors folded up every time & really only plan on unlocking the door by trying to open the door instead of getting out the key fob, therefore those lights won't get much of their intended usage, whereas I'll see these every time I open the door.

The puddle lights come on for me every time I get close to the car whether I unlock it or not.

Both Blackwing versions at Savage are currently sold out. Only the Cadillac script versions are available.

I got similar ones on Amazon.

How did those turn out? If they’re as good as they look in the Amazon video ad, I’m buying them immediately.

The ones from Savage have a left and right so the logo is facing correctly on each side. Not sure about the Amazon ones. Something to check.

I just checked them. Here is my drivers door. I went to check my passenger door and the light is almost burnt out. It isn’t working at all. I’d recommend the savage ones.

Just got my Savage puddle lights installed and a few tips:

As mentioned above - the lights come labeled L/R for proper orientation.

Use a small flathead screwdriver and pry from the side of the light that faces the rear of the car, that is the side that has the release latch.

To undo the wiring harness, on one side of the plug there is a very small tab, you will need to use a very small flathead screwdriver to pry "outward" to release the latch while slightly pulling apart.

The lights are good quality, they have proper metal heat sinks on the back of the LED for cooling and have a crisp/clear image.

Which ones did you get?

Here are a couple of pics of the Blackwing logo ones from Savage. Apologies for the not-so-clean garage on the driver’s side.

The Blackwing logo and Cadillac script lights are the two options that are just white light only. The V logo Blackwing and the Cadillac shield have some color. The added color looks nice but there is a circle of light bleeding out around them. Something to keep in mind when choosing which ones you prefer.
