2024 CT5-V Blackwing
24 CT5-V Blackwing owner looking at swapping out my black seatbelts for red seatbelts.

Never done this before, but looking at AllDada, it doesn't appear to be a difficult job. Biggest takeaway I pulled from the procedures was to ensure the battery is disconnected to keep from the airbags receiving a false signal and setting off the bags.

If any of you have done this on your own regardless of seatbelt color, do you have any comments or recommendations? Here are the red seatbelt part numbers I have confirmed so far that fit my build:

- 85641159 Front (dealership's price $340.01)
- 85641155 Front (dealership's price $340.01)
- 84815184 Rear (dealership's price $70.00)
- 84815180 Rear (dealership's price $70.00)

Do any of you have the part number for the rear middle red seatbelt for a 24 CT5-V BW you can post?

Any recommendations on where to find an online site that offers deep discounts for GM OEM parts?

The center seatbelt part number is 84815212. I paid $65 for it from GMPartgiant. Got the entire set from there with a coupon code.
Install is straightforward but there were a few things to figure out on the way. Like how to unlatch the rear side bolsters, etc.

Part Number you listed is showing up as "discontinued". Darn!

Ohh....so much for that. I bought the ct5bw belt for my cr4bw because they discontinued the red ct4bw center last year since they were done building special edditions (excent for the new blue accents one). There goes the red ct5 I guess.

I have one I can sell you. I ordered it in anticipation of having to replace mine, but I didn’t.
Please advise on the Part Number as well, please shoot photos of the Seatbelt and post. Thank you.

I did the opposite on one of my c8 z06 vehicles because I thought the red seat belt was too bright so I changed to black. Black usually goes with everything for the most part. Just my opinion.

I have the red accents package and I really liked seeing the red seatbelts on another Coastal Blue Metallic just like mine.

What does Alldata say is the process for removing the rear interior C pillar panels for rear belt access? I am looking to do this swap as well, front seems pretty straightforward as does the rear middle but the outer rears are what scare me, partially because of the airbag and partially because I'm not sure what panels actually need to be removed (and how to remove them without damaging them).

Remove the few fasteners and pull back carefully. They are all held by clips. It takes some tugging to get them to let go.
Unplug the battery and the front retractors exploding are not a concern. Yes there are some very small explosives for activation. Rears are dummies. Just a ratchet. Thats why they cost half as much as the fronts. Fronts also cost a lot to ship due to the said explosives. Airbags are not impacted by this install, you dont really get into them.
