Cadillac has now outlined to their dealers how reservations and wait lists for the 2022 Cadillac CT4-V and CT5-V Blackwing will be processed
As soon as the all new 2022 Cadillac CT4-V and CT5-V Blackwing models debuted a month ago, customer demand immediately skyrocketed with the first 250 CT5-V Blackwing reservations spoken for within three minutes and 250 CT4-V Blackwing reservations in just under 24 hours.
In light of the scarce communication from Cadillac to its dealers on how the reservations and wait lists would be processed, Cadillac has now sent out the following guidelines to dealers:
V-Series Blackwing Reservation Program (Orders Due 3/12)
As a reminder, all CT4 V-Series Blackwing and CT5 V-Series Blackwing reservation orders must be entered into Order Workbench by Friday, March 12, 2021
Please prioritize reservation leads, then any waitlist lead submissions you may have received since Monday, February 1, to finalize their vehicle configuration and submit orders.
If any production slots become available in the pre-order production window for the first 500 V Blackwings (because reservation lead customers did not enter an order by March 12, 2021), the available production slots will be assigned to approved waitlist leads with a matching order in Order Workbench entered by March 12, 2021.
- Note : Cadillac will place orders from the waitlist according to the waitlist lead receipt date/time (on a first in/first out basis) and expects to finalize the reconciliation and approval of reservation and waitlist orders by mid-April.
Please also note : Reservation customers will be receiving an email directly from Cadillac CRM early next week. The communication with these customers asks that they connect with their selected dealer before the March 12, 2021 deadline.
Along with the communication, Cadillac included order support documents for both the CT4-V Blackwing and the CT5-V Blackwing which includes a few more photos of both the exterior and interior colors.
