Are the ratios different for the Manual vs Auto cars? And also between the 4BW and 5BW?

Both the 4V and 5VBW Manuals are 3.73 and the 4V/5VBW Autos are 2.85.

I would assume it's due to gearing of the transmission. M6 starts at a 2.29 vs. the A10 starting at a 4.70

The manual diff in the auto would be a fun car. Not sure how the computers would react, or if it would be mechanically possible.
