I sold my Mk6 Golf R....

....and bought a 2026 CT4-V Blackwing.

Started researching these in December 2023.
Decided I wanted one in April 2024.
Sold my VW in June 2024.
Ordered the 4BW in September 2024.
Wondered why it was taking so long in January, February, March, April, May, and June 2025.
Took delivery in July 2025.
Rowing through the gears and grinning since then. (Yes, of course I spec'd the Tremec).
Will be heading to the V Performance Academy in January 2026.

Nice color combo. I'm coming from a mk7 R (t-boned, wasn't ready to part with that car yet). I was very tempted to do green, bronze w/ red brakes look myself; it looks better than I imagined. The only reason I didn't do it is my jeep is green/bronze and didn't want all my cars to be the same color combo
