How soon after purchase did you get your invite to Spring Mountain?

Never, you have to take the initiative. You have to register within the 1st year of ownership or, hope for an approved extension when requested.

You might get an email or letter related to your car purchase, but you can just reach out directly to Spring Mountain to arrange your class. You might need your VIN when contacting them.

Yes. There was a Canadian in my class.

You have to reach out. People gripe about the scheduling setup. Ask for cancellation and they'll give you 24 hours to book. I have done it twice without issue.

As others have said, you will never hear from them. You have to call Spring Mountain yourself.

i purchased my 26 in early April and have heard nothing.

It’s the same in Canada. I emailed Spring Mountain and got set up with a sales associate. No official invite or anything

Invite ? What invite ? I ordered my 5 BW in October of 2021 and luckily received an allotment. It was COVID time and carbon fiber constraints really screwed up the works for many wanting higher optioned cars. I received mine in June of 2022 and asked my longtime Caddy salesman about Spring Mountain and he was totally clueless about the offer. He was pissed that he could have used SM as an additional sales pitch and he had no clue. This thing called the "Goat Rodeo" really did a number on delivery dates of Blackwings.....maybe you heard of it !
*** I didn't get my SM date until February of 2023.

Thanks for the info. My Sales rep is apparently clueless as well, as she said I would hear from Cadillac. I had already come to the conclusion she was clueless previously however. Thanks for the feedback everyone. I will follow up with Spring Mountain.
