CT5-V Help locating Part number

I have a 2023 CT5VBW. I have damaged a piece of trim and I am trying to find this part online.

This is passenger front wheel well, a plastic trim that connects to the fender liner with a single screw and clips into the fender and vent. It should be listed in this diagram, but I cannot find it.

The back of the parts shows the following information:
P/N: 84713000RH
A2LL-V
PP-EPDM-M13
Z-BTCJ

I thought the part number would be the way to find it, but no luck.
I am attaching more images of the part and the location where it goes.

I would appreciate any help find the source for this part.

Thread 'Part number request for front stone guard'

I was removing the front stone guards during detailing and managed to break part of the plastic that holds the white plastic clips. I am trying to find the part and cannot find it online.

It appears to read 84713000RH. Am I reading this wrong? I also need one of the white clips. See pics.

Yes, that is the same partnumber I am finding on mine, but I cannot locate the part anywhere.
