With other marque brands there tends to be a high volume, low markup locations offering national deals on extended warranty (or maintenance plans)

Does such exist for Cadillac (in particular our backswings)?

I'm sure there a lots of dealers that would loooooooooove to package up some 5* just for you deals on their platinum plus mega plan. Initial the 'Yes please fleece me' checkbox and you're good to go

Try James Black Cadillac. I ended up not getting one, but their quote was good. I hear lots of Corvette people get their warranty there. You don't have to get your extended warranty from the selling dealer.
