This surprised me. Apparently the CT5 blackwing is the same width as a regular CT5. The front fenders are wider but the rear ones are exactly the same and thus the overall width is the same. I thought for sure the blackwing would have wider rear fenders but the stance is all from tires/offset I guess.

Specs from the ordering guide actually show the BW track width wider in the front than in the back and narrower in the back than the regular V. All that extra rear rubber goes toward the inside. :)

Pretty sure the width is determined by the mirrors??
Not when measured by the "track". That's the spacing apart the wheels are from each other.

This is one of my favorite things about the 5BW, to all but those with the keenest of eyes, it's almost indistinguishable from the CT5s scattered around the assisted living parking lot.

Until you hear it go by.

Yes track is always wheels but OP was surprised 'Width' is the same which shouldn't be a surprise since the mirrors determine the width and I presume are the same across models?? (I know it's literally the same mirror and part # as the V3 CTS-V but don't know if 'lesser' models share the same mirrors?)

The width without mirrors is the same (the width with mirrors is also the same).

The 3/4 body rear body panel is exactly the same as the regular CT5.
