CT4 Door Panel Installation Help

I needed to replace an interior door panel on my CT4BW and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to put the rear door panel back in. The top weather strip is in the way and wouldn't seat properly no matter what I do. There has got to be a trick to this. Any tips would be MUCH appreciated!!! Thanks

I got it. I put the clips and the weather seal on first, aligned them with trim grooves, put the trim on and pushed in. This is opposite of the service manual instructions, which I would not get to work.
