Alcantara is the worst - total scam since the carmakers charge more for cars that have it, but the material itself costs a lot less than leather. The only place where I kind of like Alcantara is on the headliner where you don't touch it often but it looks and feels premium. On surfaces you touch or potentially sweat on, it makes no sense to me at all.
