A New Toy

Soooooo....it's not a Cadillac, or a Blackwing, but it's still in the family. A 2025 Colorado ZR2 Bison.

Placed the order in November. GM accepted it in the middle of December, and just arrived last weekend.

Looking forward to doing some off-road camping and overlanding this year!

Very nice !! I gave up my 2018 Colorado ZR2 so I could put 50% downpayment on my 2022 5BW. The Bison is for doing some serious off roading. I called mine the "Pavement Princess". It never went off road except into my driveway ! I am thinking about trading/selling my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and getting a 2024 or 2025 ZR2. I paid $43,000 for my 2018 and 3.5 years later , with only 19,000 miles, sold it to AutoLenders for $40,000 ! This was during Covid when dealers were desperate for trucks. Best deal ever !

The only things that I modded on the truck was, tinted front windows, grill mounted LED lights and swapped out the side steps and added a hard , retractable bed cover. The trucks pretty much come perfectly set up.

I've had a BAK Revolver hard tonneau, front assist steps, cargo lights and a Comeup winch installed. I plan to have the front side windows tinted and a full XPEL clear film package installed next.
