2020 CT5-V heated and ventilated seats stopped working

My 2020 CT5-V seats are both set to automatic heat and cool. That normally works pretty well. I noticed this week that the heated seats weren't turning on and tried to turn them on manually. Nothing works for heat or cool. No lights come on for any of the buttons for driver or passenger side. The steering wheel can be manually turned on, but does not automatically come on.

Did you check the fuses perhaps?

Thanks for the reply. I think I found that same article or one just like it. I did check all of the fuses that seem like they could be related and they were all good. I also pressed on all of the connectors under both seats. No luck so far. I have an appointment at my local dealer for later in the month.
