    You’re right, it does linger. The dealer is saying they smell it before they even drive it but, as you say, perhaps that is just the lingering smell from the prior drive.

    Burning Smell? I bought at 2022 5V BW WITH THE 6MT two weeks ago. It has about 20k miles and is Cadiliac certified.     The ebrake appears to turn on/off when commanded. No indicator lights or warning either.

    I just bought a 2022 CT5V BW MT …. Has about 20k miles and certified used by Cadiliac. It has the carbon ceramic brakes. Within the first mile of driving I noticed a rubber burning smell (and honestly, it wasn’t the tires….yet). The smell has persisted and seems to be coming from the rear...
