    Lowering springs for 2026 Blackwing

I think that is the key for an agreement stance. I have 7mm spacers on my front wheels and none on the back. I have a set of Apex wheels that I painted a light bronze color. Just waiting on tires. The wheels are 11.5 in the rear stock in the front. I believe they will sit perfect. I'll post pics...

    Lowering springs for 2026 Blackwing

I have a shop so I will do an alignment in a few days after it settles. When you lower the front end the toe always goes slightly to one side because the steering column connect to the rack on one side. It may drive fine but the tow will always be off slightly.

    Lowering springs for 2026 Blackwing

Here is the car. From what i have seen the Eibachs are a little softer and are slightly higher in the back. I love the raked look so that is why I went with them again. I had Eibachs on my last blackwing as well.

    Tire search

You are gonna have to go lower profile than stock for clearance issues. With the widths you got you will have to 285 in the front and 315 rear. 5 percent lower aspect ratio with some additional negative camber in the front and you should be good.

CT5-V For Sale Litespeed Racing Magnesium Alloy Wheels

I don't think so. I ran a 275/35zr 19 on those front rims and there was no rubbing. Maybe a 295/30 but it would probably rub a little at full lock and it would stick out just s bit on those wheels. They had the perfect stretch where the fitment was slightly aggressive and the steering feel was...

CT5-V For Sale Litespeed Racing Magnesium Alloy Wheels

Hello, I just traded my second CT5 Blackwing for my latest dream car, a Rapid Blue C8 Z06 Convertible. I took off these custom wheels I had order for my first ct5 and they took so long to make that I only had them on my second blackwing for less than a 1000 miles. I have attached a link to the...

    New Lug Nuts?

I just traded in my Blackwing for a C8 Z06 and I have a set of titanium lug nuts for sale. I waited a month for them and the cost around $300. I would let them go for a good price. If interested pm me. Thanks.

    CT5 BW Eibach spring

The wheels are half inch wider than stock but the tires are oe sizes. Front tires are 275. In hindsight I should have maybe gone 315 on the rears because they look more stretched than the fronts.

    CT5 BW Eibach spring

I just finished installing the wheels. I didn't have a chance to weight them as I could not find the large scale that I had bought for just this reason on one of my other cars. Anyway, the definitely feel lighter picking them up side by side. The wheels are a half inch wider but the tires are...

    CT5 BW Eibach spring

Luckily I live in Florida so there are not that many potholes. I'm gonna weigh the stock wheel and tire combo and post pics. The wheels are from Patrick at Litespeed Racing and they are a magnesium aluminum alloy. They are built to order and are close to stock just half an inch wider.

    CT5 BW Eibach spring

I have my custom magnesium wheels that arrived this week. I just installed the tires so I will post some pics in the next day or so when installed. As far as ride quality it is almost exactly like stock. I've put about 50 miles today and can say it rides great. I have modified the suspension on...

    CT5 BW Eibach spring

Ok, got the eibach springs installed today. Attaching pics of before and after. Compared to the pictures I've seen on the forum I think the drop is less than the swift springs. The ride quality is comparable to stock, maybe 5 percent stiffer.

I just got my eibach spring and am trying to install them soon. I will post picks when they are to see how the drop compares to swift springs.

    New member central florida.

Thanks. I agree. My black one had tints and still felt hotter than my white without tints. I'm sure the white seats help too.

Hello, I am happy to have become a part of this community recently. I purchased a 23 5BW in late August. It was Raven Black with the only real option the CCB brakes. I was unimpressed with the base seats but the driving dynamics were excellent. I have had many performance vehicles and currently...
