I like all these pictures of BWs in the snow. Having said that, I'll try to avoid driving mine in the rare snow events in the San Antonio area.

Most of the cars I've owned in the past didn't provide access to more than the most basic info like remaining gas level and a general idea of temperature. I've gotten spoiled by the availability of so much more.

Well, DUH here. The solution was as simple as switching to Sport mode. All the desired readouts popped right up. Thanks to all who responded.

Impressed at the positive comments about Blackwings in snow. Doesn't protect you from boneheads driving too fast. We lived in the east mountains of Albuquerque for 10 yrs. Driving to work, guess what kind of car was frequently found in the ditches on the interstate? 4WD cars. 4X near zero...

Impressive to even move in that much snow. Having said that, TX drivers are awful in the best of weather. Fortunately I've only seen one day with significant snow in 12 yrs. 4 inches a couple years ago.

Couldn't disagree with you more. I also have a twin turbo Kia Stinger that ran me $46K. Zero issues, good ride and handling and outstanding torque from off the tine to redline.

Edited to add that my 2023 CTV-4 Blackwing left the dealer's lot w/o any issues and it' stlll that way. No rattles/squeaks, everything works as it should and it gets excellent mileage, beats all EPA number w/o babying it.

No biggie but I'd prefer I could control the car lighting up it's headlights the moment I step into the garage. If I want that in a mall or whatever that should be my decision, not Cadillacs. I hate Nanny issues on cars.

They're fairly easy to come by in the Kia Stinger forum. I have one in my Stinger, haven't gotten around to getting one for my CTV-4 yet.

Absolutely! If tires became dangerous to drive in at temps below 40, massive numbers of citizens could never drive in the winter and would have to replace their tires before driving next spring.

That's not what Michelin says. They appear to say don't even store the stock Pilot Sports at 40 or below.

3K is OK, 5K is too long in my opinion unless you drive very long distances frequently.
