I'm no expert but after watching a lot of shows about custom builders, I'd think a good shop could repair the damage to the point that you wouldn't notice it.
I any event, I hope that whatever your decision is that it pleases you in the long run. Don
IMPRESSED
I just tried a wheel cleaner name Sonax. 4BW hadn't been driven many miles since being washed. Nasty black looking crud came off on the paper towel. Don
Thanks, nice to see a recommendation for a product that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. What product are you calling a "rinse less wash" ?
Edited to add that the car has PPF only half way up the hood, no professional ceramic though I do use "ceramic" spray waxes. Don
I have a home rainwater collection system along with sediment and charcoal filters and UV.
So, having said that anyone have suggestions for a car only pressure washer? Thanks, Don
I have a 2023 4BW Road Atlanta IMSA car.
I take very good care of my cars. I use the two bucket wash procedure.
My question is, if the car were to become really, really filthy and a pressure washer might be necessary, would it strip off the graphics on the hood? Thanks, Don
I wonder if there is a MAC vs Microsoft issue here? When I click on it, it "flies" off to the upper right corner of the screen and vanishes.
Thoughts? Thanks, Don
I have a 2023 BW4 with the automatic.
There is a round, chrome like connector that sits about in line with the red and blue part of the logo on the engine cover.
This component rotates clockwise from about 0-90 degrees. There is a snap on rubber cap that has one "pin" in the center.
Anyone...
The car is always garaged. I usually let it idle for about 12sec (an arbitrary # of course) and it's about 1.5mi to the exit from our neighborhood then onto a 60MPH two lane.
I'm very gentle with cars and I certainly don't use high RPMs when it's cold. Don
I have the Atlanta Raceway IMSA special edition 4BW. There is a TX DOT drainage dip between our neighborhood and the busy two lane road. It was next to impossible to cross the dip w/o damaging the front of the splitter. And damaged it got. Finally gave up and cut the damaged section off about...
I won't say the 4BW has a very roomy back seat but it's OK, particularly since we rarely have a back seat occupant. I'm 6' 2" and if I put the driver's seat where I like it (I don't like the so called Italian straight arm driving position), I have adequate room, knees in a normal position. Don
