Very sorry to hear this. GM’s customer service is piss poor and I will be leaving the brand. My new Escalade V’s engine blew up and the brakes on my C8 seized. No help from GM. Down 2 vehicles currently that I paid $400,000 for. Alienating a repeat customer is beyond me.
I find this hard to believe, lol. People are complaining about the wait times and markup on other forums. If you sell to out of state customers, I can have them both sold right now.
Placed an order and they had an incoming unit which they did not sell due to fear of it being exported outside of Canada. It helped that we had a ‘21 as a trade-in. I believe Canada is only getting a hundred or so per year so she’s an extremely rare unit.
