Almost sounds like the clutch is not properly disengaging, but would be odd for that to happen at 1,300 miles. Stranger things have happened though.

That last picture shows an absolutely insane amount of flake. The car looks silver or dark gray, but in a videos it just looks almost black. I'd love to be able to see this in person

As far as I know lemon law requires you to have a problem occur three times with them trying to repair the problem each time it happens and being unsuccessful.
