Hate to hear that about yours! But no, didn’t have any issues like this. Have you tried putting any pressure again the pillar when you’re accelerating? See if you could have a passenger try this while driving. Sounds like there’s a small gap making this vibration. Fix could be unsnap the pillar...
If you show them the pictures I posted above, they should be good to go. The valves are located at the tips, so as long as they cut anywhere before that, all should go as planned.
Pretty sure this is a no go but wanted to confirm. No way a 17” would clear in the rear on a 4 BW correct? Could be swore I read somewhere 18” was the smallest due to the enlarged caliper.
No idea of the new weight distribution. No effect on the handling after the removal. And the wheels spin quite a bit with the JB4 installed.
This were purely to help get a truer tone of the motor as I felt the stock box was too quite. Even with the values fully open.
Keeping the valves was necessary for me considering I’ve got a 15 month old little girl. When we’re in my car in lieu of my wife’s, it’s nice to be able to put it into its quietest mode.
As for the sound, it didn’t necessarily change. The notes hit a little higher / lower depending on the mode...
@WONT TAP
Great work guys!!
What’s the process to run E85 or E30 and get this kind of power? We have it at the majority of gas stations down here in DFW. Current setup is the JB4, green HP filters and Brisk plugs.
I’m lacking knowledge/experience in the fueling field. Are you able to just run...
Might be tough to tell through an phone video but much more noticeable in person. Track mode and stealth mode, fully open vs fully closed. Main difference is when driving.
I’ve had my swift springs on for a few months now and haven’t had any issues with the magride or calibration needed. And completely agree with you above, way better than stock imo
