By the way this car was mine. But I am out. In Wisconsin if a car dealer doesn't deliver the car under contract by the 15th calendar day after the contract's stated delivery date the customer can terminate the contract at will and receive a refund of any payments made within 24 hours. I did that...
How does everyone feel about purchasing a 100K car that has been sitting out unprotected in the Michigan winter for 4 months? Snow, sleet, hail, rain........ Personally the more I think about this the more it is bothering me.
If a car produced in January is in the middle of that lot that would indicative of complete incompetence. My 2 year old grandson could do a better job figuring that out. I truly hope that is not the explanation.
Would it be possible for someone with Cadillac connections to provide a rational explanation of why cars completed in February/March are being delivered before cars completed in January. Or is this just another example of incompetence in logistics?
Curious about the film put on the cars. So my Blackwing has been sitting out in a lot in Lansing presumably starting shortly after it was built, January 6. Does film go on before it goes to the lot? After it goes to the lot? Do they wash it before putting the film on? How do they wash it? Do...
That is the data for a CT4. While it is possible I think it unlikely that the CT5-V Blackwing has the same rear diff as a CT4. I would think as it is the same power train as the ZL1 that it would be far more likely that the diff in the ZL1 and the Blackwing would be the same.
Spoke to my dealer today for an update on shipping. (he has been telling me the system says it is built and waiting only for shipping, this is consistent with the Jack Cooper look up as the registry). No news of course. On a hopeful note they did tell me that they received two cars this week...
If you decide you want to go that way I've got a beauty! 4,900 miles. Hyper Blue, carbon hood, auto, carbon fuel tank, clear bra'd. Looks like its still on the show room floor.
😂. Apparently you didn't read the post. I am not unhappy, don't really care when the car shows up. I can't even pick up until May. In addition what does pointing out the incompetence of the logistics department of a manufacturer have to do being "unwelcoming"?
