Wouldn’t it be fairer to talk to the manager first? Personally, my life is too occupied with important things to let trivial things rent my head. Let it t go is my advice.
If a couple jackasses screwing around in the parking lot for 10mins fucks up the clutch disk then mine is going to blow up any second now based on how I drive.
What’s the end game? Money, free oil change, discount, employees disciplined, a promise of no more shenanigans, personal satisfaction? Check all that apply.
Change the oil myself. I don’t trust them to put the right oil and amount in just for starters. The guy that’s changing your oil is a high school dropout. Avoid anyone driving my car except me.
BTW, when I first got my 5BW I stalled it out a few times. My other MT vehicle is a Jeep with a heavy...
Well if you really want electric blue that would be a 22 or 23. If you plan to track the car a lot, you’ll need a fat wallet for CCBs. I have CCBs and zero track plans and love them. Best part is no brake dust and they look awesome. But since your buying used be careful what the previous owner...
The concept is nice, but the ones I had were loud and gave an unpleasant harsh ride. The sidewalls are stiff compared to normal tires. I won’t use them.
Thank God for that. I call them run crap tires. My AMG came with those and ditched them 2 weeks into ownership. I tried to sell them, but could not give them away.
Hey, I never told anyone to buy a Camry, but that’s how you save a shit load of money compared to buying a Blackwing (new or used).
I didn’t buy my 5BW in 2022 to “save” money when there were no used ones around. If I wanted to save money I wouldn’t have CF seats and CCBs either (on my CamryWing?).
Different strokes. When I find a car I like I tend to keep it for 10-15 years. Have my Jeep for 11 years. I don’t care what comes along, not my concern. When the flying car becomes available at a reasonable cost I might go that route. Until then, 5BW all the way till the bitter end.
Most true statement. It’s only people that have something to lose that need to obey the laws. The rest of society pays the price, both financially and in quality of life.
Unless they’re adding 2 cylinders I’m not interested. -Can never make a V6 sound like a V8. I don’t care about fast, it’s all about the total driving experience.
Rattles and squeaks are one of the most difficult things for a dealer to handle. It’s a “soft” issue and there must be some $ limit/hours limit after which they just give up. I’ve have varying experiences. Good experience at Audi dealer, but Mercedes dealer was useless and a waste of time. On...
I guess I fall in between, but I don’t wonder at all. I’m largely in the weekend category and drive it in the normal way it was intended (rubber left behind every drive). My OLM hits 3-5% in around 2500 miles and less than one year and then I change the oil.
