    Custom fabricated exhaust

Already offered that a while ago lol. Had an AWE “touring” cat back on my 6gen Camaro…hands down was the best unit for that car. So deep and clean even at high RPMs (this is where Borla/Corsa usually get too raspy for me)

CT5-V CT5BW - should tall guys get the high performance seats?

I’m 6’6 with the carbon buckets and don’t have any complaints after almost 19k miles on the car. (Fine with a helmet and HANS on as well).

    How to get more WHINE!!

I’m starting to lose faith, still says it’s in the engineering phase on their website (phase 1 of 4). Keep checking for a pre order to open up. Feeling like the kooks cat back that never materialized 😂

    How to get more WHINE!!

I did. You hear more a little more blower but not anything that’s gonna blow you away. You start to hear it around 4800 RPM and through redline.

    CT5-V Speed Sign reading

Nav definitely works in my car, so that explains why my speed limit sign works….Never used the nav before - kinda cool to have the directions show up in the HUD. On the flip side I felt naked driving without Waze on - and the built in nav was trying to take me on a very inefficient route. Don’t...

    CT5-V Speed Sign reading

Honestly don’t know if I’ve ever tried to use the nav, I have Waze going 24/7 for speed traps. I’ll try the nav tomorrow when I leave the house and report back - guessing that’s it

Would you recommend this as a "family Corvette"?

Daily driver here. Bought mine specifically because we had our first child and literally couldn’t get a backwards facing seat in my Camaro. Figured why own something I drive twice a month so here I am with a blackwing instead. Son is just over 2 now and loves “daddy’s fast car”. Only issue I...

    CT5-V Speed Sign reading

That’s weird, mine works and I have no active OnStar subscription

    5BW daily driver

Daily my manual 5 as well. Very comfortable and just eats up highway miles. No complaints at all - to echo others my mileage is terrible (under 200 mile range per fill up in summer) but I can’t keep my foot out of it.

CT5-V Winter tire set up. Pilot Alpin PA4

They have the rears in stock but sadly no fronts - they have 255/45/19 but they will rub due to the higher aspect ratio

CT5-V Winter tire set up. Pilot Alpin PA4

Tire rack but I bought them late last summer. Performance winter tires in larger sizes sell out quick once snow starts to hit.

    Sottozeros: 295/30-19 & 255/40-19

Loved these on my Camaro and charger! Running pirellis on my 5BW, pretty comparable IMO

Are we sure CTS-V3 catbacks won't fit?

I’d settle for a Borla S Type but they’re a bit raspy for me higher in the RPM range. Had one on my 6th gen Camaro for a few years and heard an AWE system in person and immediately switched. So much deeper and cleaner throughout the RPM range. Sadly AWE isn’t interested due to low volume at this...

    CT5 BW CAI - Finally

    CT5 BW CAI - Finally

    Fluid alternatives for notchy shifting?

You are right, it's always funny how many different people swear by different brands etc. they are loyal to when talking fluids. Just sharing my personal un-emotional experience - I stick with OE for diff and oil. The trans definitely liked the AT3 better than OE in cold weather (and was...

    Fluid alternatives for notchy shifting?

I tried redline in my 6MT Camaro SS and was not a fan. Ended up running Driven AT3 and was a big improvement over OEM or the redline IMO. (Buttery smooth while daily driving in Michigan winters as well as warm summer track days)

    Is it a toy?

I have the same mindset and struggle to understand spending 6 figures on a sedan to not drive it, so many options in that range if I don't need the tech or the space. I bought mine as the ultimate daily because we had our first child and I found myself driving my charger or Jeep every day giving...

    Winter Wheels and Tires

I loved the PA4 on both my Camaro 1LE and 392 charger. If they made them in 5BW fitments I would’ve gotten them again but had to resort to Pirelli Sottozeros
