Yikes. Read the details on the oil change and see if they claim to have put the right spec in for oil. If they've not dealt with BWs then they may have made a mistake. I have a 5BW and know you don't have to do any drilling to change the camber and suspect the same for the 4BW. Do you have an...
James Black Cadillac is the online volume leader for GMPP plans. Pretty good prices in my experience. Get a price there and then see if your local dealer will match (depending on when your car was last serviced by a GM dealer you might need an inspection to qualify for GMPP.)
I used to check weekly but after over 100k miles on the V3 and 5 BW I've found for my car that unless I spring a leakz, there's no need for frequent checking especially since I change oil every 3-4k miles.
Hmmm...between losing Super Cruise and the volume button, I'm torn between the A10 and 6MT. If you could get an updated sport wheel with Super Cruise for the A10 it would be a no brainer for me but I really like the sport wheel...1st world problems!
Oh, well. With the wrecked stock market, I'm...
I'd just check it while hot and manage the level so it's at the top of the measuring area first. After that, unless your detecting oil leaks, just wait for the add oil indicator and repeat.
...has anybody seen a replacement? I had hoped I'd see some communication about it being replicated via Google Assistant (or Gemini) but haven't so far. It's not a deal breaker but it was might convenient to remote start the car via an assistant (which I can still do with BMW).
Is Cadillac still giving 2 free days at Spring Mountain for new purchases? If so, I'm not sure if give up the car over a $300 add-on (which in some cases yields a small insurance discount).
The fact that I have to turns the system up to at least 45% of volume range in order to hear everything makes me wonder if the setup is underpowered or if the cross-over setup is suboptimal.
The tricky part for me is finding an aftermarket installer that's going to still be around in a few years to honor any warranty work! Almost (not quite) worth it to pay the dealership nearly 2x to have the PPF and Ceramic covered like the new car warranty.
I bought a K&N out of desperation a month ago but really didn't want to have to use it as it seems people online are about 50/50 as to whether it causes issues with MAF sensor.
Of course with what was a month long backorder I suppose I should be happy to finally get an engine air filter. Probably going to cost $150 this time next month!!
Why would someone pay for a GPS tracker hard installed when you can use your phone for free on demand?? Isn't the basic OnStar stuff free that includes this if you want it (I don't want my car back if it's stolen).
The steel setup has the same braking power as the CCBs on the 5BW with no fade on track in my experience. Hence the real reason for me to own CCBs is to have clean wheels. My current car has steelies but I'm barely getting to the track these days so my next car might have CCBs instead (no...
My phone (S25 Ultra) fits the wireless charger and the wired charger with no problem during the most aggressive driving. Can readily keep a G27 in a Galco holster in the center console (I miss the V3's CD holder pocket in the glove box that was perfect for a weapon.)
