After a year of owning the CT4 Blackwing, I traded it in for a CT5 Blackwing. The CT4 was one of the special editions, so it had both carbon fiber packages and the CT5 has neither. My CT5 is white and the gloss black really looks very well matched, so I'm actually not missing it like I thought...

I couldn't agree more about the interior, that was a really big miss. Is anything other than the seatbelt color different vs. what you can get on the standard Blackwing? The red interior on my Impact Edition was a huge selling point for me since you couldn't get that color any other way.

I find those stats very interesting, as the C7 Corvette didn't have even close to that kind of take rate on the manual. It seems to me that the people that buy Corvettes are the same people buying Blackwings, so it is impressive to see how many are opting for the manual.

I was curious if the only way you can get the Adrenaline Red interior is with one of the special edition packages? On the Cadillac website you can only opt for Black, Tan and Grey.

That is a hard question to answer. From the driver seat they are both so much fun to drive. For me personally, I miss having that 7th gear for highway driving, but highway driving isn't exactly fun. Both cars have such amazing handling and you can take pretty much any turn at double the speed...
