During a short road trip earlier this weekend I experienced what I can only describe as a misfire or TC issue and I am trying to determine the culprit.
Some background: 22 CT5V BW A10 just over 26k miles.
How it happened: I was cruising at around 45mph and attempted to pass a slower vehicle...
I normally do my own oil changes and send outgoing oil samples in for documentation and to monitor engine health. It may be a bit overboard but after hearing warranty horror stories with Stellantis I started using this method.
Had a similar experience on my GLE63 after returning from a family road trip. Both rear tires looked like this at 11k miles. I fixed the alignment issues and replaced the tires that lasted 14k miles.
I do my own changes as well and document the same as stated here but I also use oil samples to document and monitor my oil changes. It's something I started doing a few years ago and provides some great feedback on engine wear and oil performance. I use the kits purchased through Amsoil (OAI Oil...
Exactly, and my issue at least from a dollars and cents stand point is as an example: I am looking at the 48 months 60K mile coverage that I have been quoted at $1900 that would start today so figure expiration date of 5/7/2029. In essence I would be paying 1900 to extend my current CPO for 26...
No and truthfully I am not sure where that date came from. My in service date was 3/10/22 so my standard warranty should go out to 3/9/2026, then the CPO goes to 3/10/2027 according to the Cadillac website.
Quick question on this. I reached out to both vendors mentioned in this thread but I purchased my car as a CPO which basically adds a year and unlimited miles on my b2b warranty. Is there a timeline that I need to purchase an extended warranty by? I believe both vendors state their warranties...
Greetings from Charleston!
