While personal opinion is fine and not being proficient at a manual is not the biggest issue, professionalism is. This tech showed a decided lack of it by running his mouth in the wrong place and messing with the PDR. He had no business turning it on, off, and crossed a big line IMO by deleting.

Manual. Only reason it truly interested me. I have a manual 2018 2SS and was thinking of selling to get a ZL1. The BW entered my awareness and was "my" ZL1 that could carry my family. All needs meet and loving it. Still have the 2SS.
