I think all cars before mine, 86-329 have been delivered. At this point, I suspect the dealer has it and is delaying letting me know so it can sit on their website and solicit more calls. Should I make an unexpected visit to the dealer to keep them honest.. Or is that too obsessive?

This is true. You need to go back to a 997 gen to get the manual in a turbo.. But even then youre looking at 100k for a 10 year old car... without rear seats.

The supercharged manual V8 is also why I am here. It's the last of a legend. That said, the 4 will be here sooner and also keep trade value if still interested in swapping to the 5.. You really can't lose.

That supercharged V8 roar and whine though.. If a 6 cylinder turbo is what you want, a 911 Turbo is the one to get.

i think VINVIEW will give you the best idea of whether or not the car is moving.. though i dont think my dealer is as eager to provide an update as I am to receive one. =/

Picked means it was selected to be paired with other cars for a truck ride somewhere.. Likely Delta Auto Port.. Where it will sit for months while bouncing around various Bayed status. Mine switched from picked to paired several times before finally moving to delivered at delta. in short...

Detective Martinez called me back this morning and here is what I learned. 8 Cars Stolen [ 4 Camaro's and 4 Cadillac's ] 6 of 8 cars have been recovered. No additional information on which cars No suspects as of this writing. will share anything more I learn.
