Heck yeah! Looks good and really exciting to see the push pins work just fine.
I am updating the double sided tape used to match the OEM thickness too. Should make it all snuggly.
Thanks man! Its got a wide footprint
Ill have to get it out for a longer drive soon.
All those late fees im going to get charged now!!
I am pretty sure we can brother.
120th is back from PPF. Still needs to be ceramic coated. Snapped a few pictures before sunset and slowly editing the photos. Wheels are 21x11 / 21x12 Signature Wheel Multipiece SV304S.
No pics yet. I should be finalizing the design around the end of this month or early July.
Look forward to you getting everything though. Going to make the entire car look as rad as it should.
It has been a while but I am back in a Blackwing. Pull up a chair and enjoy a quick story.
.
My Electric Blue CT5-V Blackwing was a great car. It fell into my lap from a buddy that passed on his order. I did not know much about the cars at the time, but there was some great buzz that I felt I...
Thanks man! This is Summitt White
It’s going to be different angles and the amount of projection. The OEM setup is designed to deflect air. Mine will be designed to capture and create a little more downforce.
This one is the auto with CCB. My first Blackwing was a manual and while fun, didn’t...
I had a whole backstory with selling my electric blue Blackwing in anticipation of ordering one with specific items I wanted. That became a debacle. With parts in development I hated not having one around. So I got lucky and found a 120th at MSRP. After 24 hours of being on the road it’s finally...

@Likuid that was THOROUGH my friend. Great job and the car looks good.
I wonder If you had considered using those GM plastic inserts for the outside holes? I have not gotten a chance to try them out yet.
Hey fellas, just as a little PSA regarding the spoiler install. Gaps on these are normal. Here are some pics of the OEM carbon package spoiler installed on a 120th Blackwing. The OEM spoiler is not designed to actually contact the deck lid. Only the 3M tape contacts the trunk.
Nice work!
Once you tighten down the spoiler and allow the 3M tape to adhere it should suck right in. This is also why bolting down the outer studs is best for overall fitment.
Well, I hope its consistent.
I think the distance will be enough to make it less noticeable, but you will always know.
Apparently this is an issue on the C8 corvette as well. Something to do with the supplier GM uses.
Sweet. Getting there
