Perhaps they would like to not die in an accident, take a flight though the windshield, or have the air bag explode into their face or experience a litany of other possibilities resulting from unsecured passengers in a moving vehicle coming to a stop in a fraction of a second.
Yes. Problem goes back to the atsv. It's the shifter mounting plate bushings ovaling out. They shrink due to the cold and allow excessive movement until the transmission tunnel warms up. Eventually the assembly is going to start banging on the tunnel when going over bumps and railroad tracks. It...
I'll take them.
I've broken the mirror trying to take the caps off. Don't do it in the cold as the plastic is stiff and the clips don't want to release. Needs ambient or external hit to make them pliable.
Yup, a number of cars came up with matte paint at a really good price and I was trying to justify to myself how its going to be ok PPFed. Ultimatelly, I knew I didn't want deal with it and passed.
Thats an easy one to fix. Buy one and install it. It's 30mins worth of work at most and is only around $66. I just ordered the ct5 one for my 4bw as only the belt cover is different and the 4bw red centers are likely done forever.
Well, I guess there is hope that I will be able to buy 5bw center belt and cut off and move my 4bw cover over. Sounds like other than the cover, they are the same.
Whatever it is it is not the wastegate. A wastegate allows the exhaust gas to bypass the turbocharge impeller in order to control turbo speed and boost. It could be the blowoff valve I suppose. Did you replace that with an aftermarket unit? Does the car drive normally and build at least 14 or so...
I see that some of you guys bought wrong belts (84815208) which were for a 4bw and have a different cover. Any chance one of you didn't install that belt? I would like to buy it.
It looks like the 5 belt bolts into the 4, but the cover is different.
I used flat. But I also used concentric rings on the wheels. Technically, if you have a spacer with a lip that matches the wheel bore, you wouldn't need the rings.
I have used 5mm with Enkei wheels with stock studs. I didn't like that at all. My thread engagement was half of what it was without the spacer. I don't think I would do more than 3mm on stock studs. Another alaternative would be to use extended lug nuts, such as what Gorilla offers. I bought...
It had base seats. Carmax doesn't give cars away. I am sure it was/is priced appropriatly for its features/condition.
Also, if it doesn't show up anymore, doesn't mean its sold, just that someone reserved to take a look at it. It will probably be back on the site next week.
How many miles? Plugs are always the first suspect in cases like this. If the car has been tuned by someone who doesn't know what they are doing with this platform, the throttle would be closing when the peak torque is reached.. IF the car has been tuned.
