I assume they saw material in the oil to diagnose the rod bearings. Just seems like a lot of people have had major engine issues and that is discouraging.

Closing in on 45 days and no joy. They have targeted the 6th cylinder and replaced ignition pack, plug, wire and now injector. They keep having to send files to GM and wait for GM to tell them what they can do next. I have talked with the service manager and the lead tech, all are frustrated but...

Only race cars and suppliers. No custom cars.

So I am finding out. it shouldn't be this complicated. Everything is going through GM and they were pretty well shut down last week for the holidays.
