If it were me, I’d take the ‘22 and get the ‘22 “discount.” I like Shadow but for me personally, the interior color would be important. Black interior is a non starter for me.

If it's a '22, yes that's correct in theory. If your order was not accepted for a '22 and you're moving to a '23, you're SOL like me (and others). It looks like it's getting more "anything goes" than ever.

I don't have the numbers memorized but my 2022 $113k build was almost $150k for the 120. I passed.

No constraints on the 120 editions. My dealer said they could build mine as-is if I wanted it.

When I picked up my M5 the screen said "375mi" when it lit up as you open the door to get in. I was about to throw a fit until I realized after a few minutes that it was "miles to empty" displayed. Once I figured that out, the 23mi on the odo wasn't as big of a deal. I still wasn't pleased...
