Florida State Championships today down in Ft Myers. Great site at Buckingham Field. Used to run National ProSolo and Match Tour events there, but the locals complained about the 300 cars running Fri-Sun, so they changed the rules. It's no longer suitable for National events, but for Local/State...
To me the disconnect was with the version of the lift point guys were using. Originally, ZL1addons was offering the original and the stealth pad.
After I sent them pics, videos and measurements showing the original point DOES NOT FIT, they pulled it off the website as compatible with CT5. The...
2nd to last AutoX of the season down here in Orlando. One more points event on 11/18, then a fun event on 12/2.
Same venue I have posted previously...The FIRM in central Florida. (Home)

I'm not a drag strip guy. My only experience with the tree is at ProSolo events. Perhaps @WONT TAP will tell us what settings/procedures they use to launch?
MY understanding of 'best drag' settings is Sport - Competitive Mode. Gives you 100% engine power, enables launch control (if you want it. I always found it to be slightly slow, but very consistent), and PTM 'disabled'. PTM is not desirable on a drag strip.
Learned this lesson the hard way with camber plates on my SS 1LE. Sure it made it uber easy to change camber track-side, but there was no easy way to adjust the toe as a result of the new camber.
This intake is immediately a 'no' for me. It's got a cutout on the top of the lid. The CT5 hood doesn't seal against the top of the lid the way the Camaro does, for example. Means you are sucking hot air from engine bay right into the intake.
