You will get a light in the HUD and a vibration/alert (depending on your alert settings) but it doesn't brake immediately. It does give you a little bit of time to react before it takes over.
Yup, they have it. I turned the auto braking feature off and have it set to just a warning. I don't want that thing braking for me as I've read stories about some cars being very aggressive about it.

I really.... REALLY wish they didn't have the distance to empty permanently displayed on the fuel gauge. I absolutely hate it. It really etches into your brain that we have shit gas mileage (fine) but a tiny fuel tank (shitty).
