As an ex-v3 owner the biggest problem, and thus dealbreaker unless you’re going to tune it and fix it, is the absolute SHIT transmission. It’s a pickup truck transmission and acts like it.

I've gotten the feel for it after a full year of ownership and I still won't turn TC off while driving around town.

Truly the only thing to worry about is resale value BUT that's obviously on a person to person basis. If you just plan on owning and driving forever you're golden. $13k under value and full warranty? I say SEND IT and have some fun.

The specs on the gravity are IMPRESSIVE but I still won't buy a Lucid until their dealer/repair network is filled in more. Just too much risk for me.

This is exactly what I do. My "My Mode" is my daily driver mode and it has everything soft, and the loudest track exhaust. My V mode tightens up steering and suspension while keeping that loud exhaust mode. The "My Mode" selection stays put even after turning the car off.
