General reply: I did this yesterday, and while not hard, it is tricksy. Two of the clips are hiding behind the trunk lid hinges.
I did detach three clips from the liner. Since the liner is so light, I'm wondering if it would be better to use velcro to rejoin them to the clips, rather than glue.
Getting ready to do this myself. For those who've done so, would you recommend just breaking the tabs off and accepting the fact that the stock badge can't be re-used, or going through the lengthy bumper removal process?
Would the Tremec HP-MTF be a good option for a car that lives in Phoenix? We rarely get below 50, and most of the year is between 60 and 80.
Last July we had 31 days straight where the low was above 90F and the high was just under 120F.
So would it be more accurate to say that full power is available in the four drive modes (Tour, Sport, Track and Snow/Ice), but power is limited depending on the corresponding PTM setting chosen within those drive modes?
I'd be grateful if someone could interpret this for me, from Cadillac CT4 Owner's Manual (Page 245 of 399) | ManualsLib
My interpretation is that Competitive Mode turns off ST/ESC and enables the same power level as RACE 2, while leaving all other settings set to SPORT. All other modes limit...
The way GM chose to design their drive mode functionality is unintuitive at best and insulting at worst. Seriously: I have to manually enable Competitive Mode while the car is in the Sport drive mode in order to access the car's full engine power, and I have to do that every time I restart the car?
