For 2025 at least, the Y6L parking package includes the K6L air filter, USK air quality sensor, DRZ rear camera milrror, and the TL3 hands-free decklid release (which is deleted if you have the CF 2 package).
Given that:
I think there is evidence that supercruise changed for 2025 and some features that were previous implemented outside supercruise got merged into supercruise.
There are a bunch of options that require the A10 transmission:
UKI
Blind Zone Steering Assist
UKT
Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking
UOW
Side Bicyclist Alert
CTB
Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking
UFB
Rear Cross Traffic Braking
I suspect it's because they are now part of...
What I heard you say is that there was a mid-year price increase on the 2023 Blackwings.
It's obvious you're too invested in your position to see the light of day (let alone the economics).
Enjoy your "gas guzzler tax free" 2022.
It's a shell game. They moved the tax from one bucket to the other (perhaps making one bucket larger). The customer pays in either case.
Quoting from your reference:
So indirectly incurred to customers (via the base vehicle price).
You seem to think Cadillac is operating a charity (this would...
Come on. Unless your window sticker didn't show a dollar amount for it (hint: it did) you paid a gas guzzler tax.

I've looked at many 2022, 2023, and 2024 window stickers; the gax guzzler tax...

The tax is is shown as $1700 and $2100 in the lower left "fuel economy" boxes. In 2022 this was included in the base price. Starting in 2024, the tax was broken...
It's a federal thing (reference). I checked two random 2025 window stickers from Sewell Dallas, an A10 and a M6 and both had it ($1700). I don't really understand why the price is shown as $2100 in the online configurator...
A neat feature of my '07 Z06 is that it is rated at 505 HP but was not...
I don't see it mentioned in this thread but when I was poking around, by far the cheapest place to get Mobil 1 Supercar 0W-40 is rockauto.com ($7.47/qt). I believe it's also a good place to pick up UPF64R filters.
They also carry a lot of GM/Delco part numbers and are worth checking when shopping.
The percentages are the somehow the same for manuals and automatics. Which I find interesting given the the manual transmissions are made in mexico, automatics in the US.
