It seems to always take 15-20 minutes to warm up my tires to Normal. I take it easy when it's Cool. In the summer, I consider Normal ready to go. Traction won't be as good with colder road temps.
Just trying to clear up your misstatements for others. Not confused on my part, I realize that you can't change the eLSD (not easily). You just changed the rear differential.
Yes, I think there is some confusion in the thread. It looks like someone posted about the transmission at one point. The rear differential is standard, fill to the bottom of the hole. Manual transmission needs some expansion room, since it is basically using ATF.
To change the transmission fluid, you would need to get whole car lifted. You would want to get it level.

I was surprised by the low mileage. I thought they had to do some testing on these cars before they shipped them. I've ordered a truck and car before, both came with 7 miles on the odometer.
