How is the cold start with the kooks headers? We can start with rear exhaust valves closed but initial bark must be louder I assume? Just wondering about cold start. I am planning green cats.

A&L auto body In Palatine can do all that…carbon fiber parts install and exhaust installs. I’ve used them for past 15 years on various cars…excellent staff and service.

Keep both if you can until you’re sure the 5BW engine is good. I still have my RS4!

Opposite for me…new front end was reason I got a 24 model as it is easy on the eyes and more aggressive looking to me

Napleton Libertyville wanted $10k over in 2023 so I did not deal with them…I don’t think they are a high volume blackwing dealer.

I think if 2025 model is delayed, inventory both used and new will shrink more. Even finding nicely optioned new inventory is not as easy anymore.

I felt the same way during break in…car didn’t feel that fast. I stayed under redline mostly and felt like power reduced….after 500 mi break in, not sure if more power or supercharger pressure or just the higher 6500 redline with more “pull” after 4000 rpm but there is a good amount of power...

When I had a 95 impala ss with digital gauges, I wanted the new analog gauge in 96 model….now I want to keep my old blackwing gauges instead of upgrading to new digital screen…just sayin

At least they could have put some 8” woofers in rear deck if they’re gonna brand a premium system…6x9 speakers ain’t gonna cut it. I had a factory Dynaudio system in a Volvo from 1998 with 8” woofers in the rear deck and Cadillac still using 6x9 speakers
