    The noise is the fuel pump priming. Older cars used to do it when the driver's door was opened. The second is the scroll bar for the menu.

    Few circumstances; 5,000 miles or less. After each track day. After a Tail of the dragon trip. (~2,500 miles and a week of hard driving)

    Yeah, other than the recent snowfall, when the weather gets below 40 degrees or so, I drive my truck instead. I don't have a lot of experience with genuinely cold winters.
