I had the opposite on my first change....the filter was snug and came off easily, but the drain plug came off so quickly that I thought someone must have hand tightened it!

I called early last week, got a call back on Friday. The lady was very nice and said that they would send the badge in November or December via FedEx.

Sewell / Houston It was related to me as "current BW list is 70 customers long", and they are being told 16-20 months. It wasn't specific other than that.

My dealer (Sewell) told me today that his list of BW customers now totals 70, and they are telling people that it would be 16-20 months before they would see anything.....

Can you add ZRJSMN to the tracking system? Thanks
