I bought my 2007 Z06 new and I plan on keeping it as long as I am still driving.
Years ago a buddy had a 2nd gen CTS-V. I got to drive it for a week and fell in love (even though it was an automatic).

I have an '07 Z06 (T56) and my reverse lockout solenoid started sticking in the retracted position. But that was north of 80K miles and I wouldn't expect a similar failure of OPs '24 (unless his solenoid is defective).
But never an an actual option (with an RPO code) that one could theoretically order.
I get (and share) the frustration over unobtainium options (e.g. carbon fiber) but are there really any options ever published in the Cadillac options guide/printbook that have never appeared in built vehicles...
So a two month old magazine article is more accurate than a Cadillac publication that came out a couple of days ago. Any theories why Cadillac might put incorrect information in the order guide?
And the 305/19 tires aren't available today which definitely means there's no way they could be...

The config I'm looking at comes in at $138620 before sales/guzzler tax and destination. Subtracting off the V8V option it's still $18K more than the same configuration in 2022 (I couldn't find option pricing for 2021). I'm solidly in the "no moon roof" camp.
