JB4 may get you a CEL depending on the tune, but you can clear it. HP Tuner Global B tuning should have enough refinement to prevent a CEL.

There's not much aftermarket for the wheel at this time. You can try eBay or Redline Goods will do it for free since they don't have a template, but you'll need to send it in.
