The GR Corolla is a really fun car to drive. If I lived somewhere with better roads and could get over the cheap interior I would own one.
The MR2 supercharged and especially the turbo's were fun cars but talk about snap oversteer....almost killed myself before I learned how to handle...
I was banned from a local Subaru store when I was in my 20's because I didn't buy the WRX I test drove in the rain. Never exceeded the capability of the car and I thought it was a mostly sedate drive but I was told the sales guy was traumatized. I guess it's all a matter of perspective :)
My '23 Escalade does it right by allowing brightness adjustment in the daytime and the LED's behind the HVAC controls always look perfect regardless of day or night.
Since Cadillac doesn't want to fix the software in the CT4, I was thinking of ways to get around this terrible implementation and...
My '99 Integra GS-R was really fun to track with the Comptech RSB. Very neutral with a touch of oversteer when the endlinks were adjusted correctly. My '02 GTI was the same way but the turbo wasn't as fun as the high revving B series motor. However, adding some APR tuning really woke up the 1.8T
@BW56M I would agree on all points and I'm in my 50's. Loved the '19 GT350. Almost bought it, but went with the a '19 ZLE since it was mostly going to be used for track days. The Ford was superior as a DD. The BMW grills are ridiculous. I really wanted an M3 CS with MT, but the BMW execs decided...
I'm sure Leroy builds a quality hitch.
I know from previous experience with an older Nissan that UHaul builds custom hitches. If you're not far from Tempe, AZ when you're taking a road trip from VA, it may be worth exploring :)
My friends thought I was nuts selling my '19 Camaro ZLE for a loaded CT4 BW. Looked at the M3, CTR, ITS, Golf R, Elantra N, and GR Corolla. All were good but I liked the design language of my Escalade and the CT4 is very similar. As was mentioned, the CT4 feels lighter than it is and the luxury...
I've driven both. The manual felt more precise and the A10's transmission logic didn't do what I wanted in the corners. In a straight line, A10 all day :)
Purchased my CTR at West Herr Honda. No markup.
Tried West Herr Cadillac for a Blackwing 6 months ago and was told by the Sales Manager they would not sell to out of state buyers.
In 2019 my used 4k mile '17 Honda Civic Type R sold for MSRP. If I cared about resale I would have picked up another CTR or the new Acura ITS but they're a different class of car with not many options.
Looking at historical ATS and CTS values I knew what to expect. These cars need to be...
Good to know. I didn't have height issues with my 2019 ZLE non-sunroof and Roux helmet. I had about 2 inches of clearance in my preferred driving position; wrists resting on top of wheel with seat slightly reclined. I would have liked more but that's the minimum for me when it comes to hitting...
Old post but valid question. You're not missing anything. From what I understand that's how the CT4 photo sensor works - it disables the dimmer during the day. Terrible 'feature' in my opinion.
