If the engine passes inspection it gets what you stated the oil, filter, crankcase cap, leaflet filled with 0W-40 with 150k warranty. If the engine in question does not pass inspection it gets the replacement L87 or new motor. That motor uses 0W-20 so your weight comment about the oil cause...

They are excellent shocks and for the money. I would say the best for the dollar spent and easy to replace etc. Mostly very durable too. Not in your case though.

Unfortunately, that crap is most likely pigmented leather. The middle sections are of actual quality Semi-aniline leather.
