Yeah it's great service we're paying for: 7 weeks to get the car 10 hours down the highway to my dealer because GM thinks truckers are too expensive. I guess we should feel lucky GM hasn't decided rail transport is too much and decides to move them by boat.
You should also be saving the invoice from the oil and filter and maybe even take a picture with the invoice(s) next to your odometer.
You are keeping a binder of all the vehicle's services right? Fill it up you never know when you'll have to defend the warranty coverage or prove to a buyer...
On my 25 4BW, I'm not finding any ACC/switched fuses locations. They all seem to be 12V all the time. Did anyone find a switched fuses location in the fuse box near the driver?
I assume the dealers you've tried to use haven't been helpful. That would be the first option.
Second option would be to remove the carbon seat backs and look for where they're rubbing. Judicious use of adhesive-backed felt in those regions should fix the problem. The skill is in the placement...

Guy2: "Yeah I know."
Guy 1: "Daaaaaaam."
Congrats and welcome!
It is a special kind of torture to stay within the break-in limits (under 4.5k RPM, under 80mph). Do some searches here for additional PDI checks you should do or ask the dealer to do. Strongly consider front PPF and full ceramic (including and especially the wheels) by a...
I just picked up my car after being at the detailer for a week and while it started up fine, it's telling me features are reduced to save power. I guess a battery tender is in my future.
Every estimate I was given was off. It's taking around two months for delivery after production. You may be on the shorter end of that being closer. Hopefully it doesn't have to do the truck->train->truck rodeo that most others have to.
